These are our attempt to see how the different cameras respond to the kind of high contrast scene that we may come across in everyday filming.

The exposures vary from minus two stops from exposure at recommended ISO to plus one stop, the D-21 only goes to plus one because it has a lower ISO than the others. If we had had a brighter day we would have gone further over than we did!

The images are log files either as captured directly to hard disk, D-21 & F35, or after debayering and render out to log in the case of the RED.

This chart has spot readings of various areas in the scene.
